Program Objectives:

To provide participants with the technical and theoretical knowledge to be able to effectively train others in Kettlebell Lifting for fitness, health, sports performance or competition


Part 1- Using Kettlebell to enhance strength, power, endurance, speed and biomechanics

This section teaches how to use kettlebells as a simple tool to achieve world class conditioning. You will learn how to develop strength, speed, power and endurance using kettlebells. You will learn how to apply this knowledge to improve sports performance or general health/fitness.


Part 2 - Training for kettlebell Lifting competition

You will learn all the ideas and concepts essential for training in kettlebell Sport lifting. This is an extremely demanding sport testing the competitors conditioning to the limits. The demands of the sport mean a competitor needs outstanding aerobic conditioning, highly efficient biomechanical action as well as anaerobic conditioning, strength and power
